We don't have any roosters, so it won't.
It shouldn't.. actually it happens with farmed chicken more often, kinda like a false pregnancy, but with a blood vessel in it, like a pre-embryo :p Still, it's pretty rare if there's no roosters about. My home-ec teacher said she ran into one, and so did my Pop, though all he did at the chicken farm was to clean the coops.
